The fine print
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Welcome to Queuepage. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Queuepage waitlist platform, operated by queuepageapp ("Queuepage", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or publishing a waitlist page, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Pad, Tower, Orbit, and Cosmos are priced by month. This checkout charges once for the selected plan and period. Future periods require another order.
2. Activation and delivery
Payment confirmation appears on the return page after the payment provider verifies the order. Contact us for service access and fulfillment.
3. Honest counting and transparent incentives
This clause is the heart of Queuepage and it is non-negotiable. Queuepage counts signups honestly: one verified email equals one position, and counters may not be seeded, inflated, reset, or edited to mislead visitors. You may not display fake scarcity — invented caps, fabricated countdowns, or "almost full" banners that do not reflect real limits. Nobody can pay to skip the line, and you may not offer queue-jumping for money. Referral rewards are permitted as optional incentives: the number of positions awarded per referral must be fixed, published on your waitlist page, and counted transparently so any visitor can audit why positions moved. We may suspend pages that violate this clause, and repeat violations terminate the account.
4. Your list
Your signup list is your payload. You retain full ownership of your signup data, may export it at any time, and may delete it permanently. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect signups and for honoring unsubscribe requests in your own communications.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Queuepage for unlawful products, spam, phishing, or deceptive marketing; to collect signups for services you have no intention of building; or to interfere with the platform or other customers' queues.
6. Payment
The selected plan is charged at checkout. There is no free trial or automatic renewal in this checkout flow.
7. Refunds
Every charge is covered by our 30-day no-questions refund, described in the Refund Policy.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits from a launch that did not go as planned.
9. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email for material changes. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
