Ground control answers

Frequently asked questions.

Fifteen questions, counted honestly.

Queuepage offers waitlist-page plans. Choose a plan and complete payment through the hosted checkout. Contact us after payment for service access.

No — and that's deliberate. Queuepage counts signups honestly: counters cannot be seeded, inflated, or edited, and there is no setting to add ghost signups. Deceptive scarcity (fake caps, fake countdowns, "only X left" banners you invented) violates our Terms of Service. Referral rewards are allowed, but they are optional incentives with transparent counting — the exact rules are displayed on your public page so anyone can audit how positions move.

Nobody cuts. Referral boosts are optional incentives you can enable from the Tower plan up: a subscriber who refers friends moves up a fixed, published number of positions per confirmed referral. Every boost is logged and counted transparently, the rules are printed on your page, and there is absolutely no way to pay to skip the line. Subscribers can always see why they are where they are.

There is currently no free trial. Checkout charges the selected month at the displayed price.

The return page confirms payment status. Contact us with your order number to arrange service access.

The mission control dashboard needs a connection, since it talks to your live queue. Your published waitlist pages are lightweight and load fast even on bad hotel Wi-Fi, but counting a signup requires the counter — so signups need a connection too.

All current evergreen browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, on desktop and mobile. Pages degrade gracefully on older browsers, and we test against two years of releases.

Pad ($19.00/month) is one page and 500 signups for personal projects. Tower ($39.00/month) adds three pages, 5,000 signups, referral rewards and email notifications. Orbit ($69.00/month) — our most popular — adds ten pages, 25,000 signups, public queue position display, sequences and five seats. Cosmos ($109.00/month) removes the limits entirely and adds A/B versions, API, webhooks, SSO and fifteen seats.

Yes, any time, from your account settings. Upgrades apply immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades take effect at the next billing date. Your pages, signups and positions are preserved either way.

This checkout makes a one-time charge for the selected period. It does not renew automatically.

Every plan carries a 30-day no-questions refund. Ask within 30 days of any charge and we return the payment to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The full policy lives on our Refund Policy page, linked in the footer of every page.

You do — 100%. Your list is your payload: export it to CSV whenever you like, on any plan, including your paid period. We never sell signup data, never advertise to your list, and never claim any rights over it. Delete it and it's gone.

We work hard on deliverability — dedicated IPs, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, bounce handling — but no provider can honestly promise 100% inbox placement, and we won't. What we do promise: transparent delivery stats in your dashboard and alerts when bounce rates climb.

Yes, on the Cosmos plan: a REST API for signups and pages, plus outgoing webhooks for every event (signup, position change, invite sent). Tower and Orbit can export via CSV; Pad keeps it simple.

Pad and Tower include 1 seat. Orbit includes 5 seats with roles. Cosmos includes 15 seats plus SSO, so the whole crew can ride without sharing logins.
